Elsa Gordon

My name is Elsa Gordon and I am in the class of 2025 at Wesleyan University. I am from a small town outside of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania called Sewickley. At Wesleyan, I am a Psychology Major, minoring in Education Studies and Integrated Design Engineering and Applied Science (IDEAS). Outside of the classroom, I am involved in a variety of extracurriculars. I am a member of the Women’s Lacrosse team. I have been playing lacrosse my entire life and always knew I wanted to continue playing in college. I am also a member of the Wesleyan Business Review Club where we publish people’s articles on economics. I am in charge of designing the web pages and making the magazine and website look aesthetically pleasing. I have always been interested in digital design which is why I am pursuing the IDEAS minor.

After college, I plan to have a career in something related to teaching. I want to work with underprivileged children and use my education and creativity to help inspire children to want to learn and do something with their lives. I am passionate about traveling so I hope I can incorporate this into my career as well and help people and children all over the world.
